Rhys Marc Photis at 10:40 am

Agile Business Coaching. Leadership. Business Development. Client Driven. Thought Leader

Passionate about human interaction and the drive back to empowering employees, customers and markets through the use of social engagement.

Rhys has worked in the corporate world for over a decade and has a proven track record in delivering performance improvements. However, it came at a price and looking back he is not sure how sensible some of his work was. In the last 20 or so years, he lived and worked in 10 countries, in many more locations, travelled the world supporting businesses from global organisations through to SME’s, lectured at Universities on International Management, Corporate Culture, Leadership, People & Organisational Development.

He has seen how versatile and dynamic the world can be, understood some of the underlying theories, drivers and gained a deep understanding that people drive business whilst technology enables us to drive forward.

He’s not adverse to technology; in fact, quite the opposite, if applied correctly it’s a great enabler and that’s what has driven him to develop OnO-Line’s Blended Learning Services and Online Academy.

  • 3 years in family owned trade business
  • 8 years in corporation, setting up new businesses
  • 11 years running my own businesses

The first business was called ‘Cultural Connective Ltd’ which worked with corporations on assisting them in implementing their internationalisation strategies; considering up to 11 different forms of cultures (e.g. national, regional, professional).

The 2nd business is called Global Performance Improvement Ltd which does similar work but the solutions consider a wider range of services: Coaching, Consulting, Training, Facilitating & eLearning Solutions.

The latest business baby is named OnO-Line and focusses on Agile Business Development. That means that they help companies to become more flexible, more agile.
