In 1996, Ellen formed ElleRich Training Ltd, specialising in customer service & sales training, plus all the communication & management skills needed to support them.
Ellen has written & trained various courses including customer care, presentation skills, sales techniques, telemarketing, call centre and team building skills to various companies in the Wiltshire & Gloucestershire area, including contracts for ARVAL PHH, Book Club Associates, British Gas, Npower & Gloucestershire Enterprise Ltd.
10 years ago Ellen added seminar work to her portfolio, and has spoken regularly for Business Link at their 10 Golden Tips events, and have been a keynote speaker for several organisations’ events including NatWest Bank, SPATA, The Fire Service College & The Association of Cats & Dogs Homes.
