Showcasing YOUR business expertise LIVE on Radio

Katrina Willis tells us the AMAZING Beautiful Bells story

In this interview, Katrina of Beautiful Bells in Hampshire, tells us how her bell tent hire service went from a hobby to a serious business enterprise in just a matter of weeks.  She explains how glamping holidays have become the phenomenon they are today.

As a camping enthusiast, Katrina was desperate to buy a bell tent. She justified the cost to her partner Steve, by suggesting they rent it out to recoup the cost.  That was late in the summer of 2013.  By the start of 2014, Beautiful Bells had invested in five bell tents, set up a popular Facebook page and built a brand new website.  Because of demand, they increased their stock and now have twelve bell tents for hire across Hampshire, West Sussex and the New Forest.

In just over six months, Katrina’s bell tent glamping company has attracted over 21 thousand visitors to its website.  Her company has two vehicles on the road and are employing staff to help deliver the luxury glamping service.  Katrina attributes their success to high search engine rankings and their passion for personal customer service.

Beautiful Bells supplies tents for festival weddings, hen parties and family glamping holidays.  Katrina stressed the importance of booking early for specific dates, particularly for weddings and hen party glamping breaks.  They had to turn down 39 enquiries for just one peak weekend in July because they were fully booked!

This interview was broadcast on Radio Horton 31st July 2014.
