In the last quarter of 2014 a chap Tim has known and worked with for a local college in Nottingham and subsequently at a FE consultancy he later joined, came to him with an issue regarding fulfillment being a big issue in the sector.
He bought to Tim’s attention issues faced by some FE organisations both in the college, and private training provider market, in finding and establishing relationships with learners and employers .
Tim explained the tactics of community management, inbound marketing and social listening and how the right social media / digital strategy could solve this issue and more importantly create a much more valuable community for learners.
From that conversation fe.ed was born. And so far, has been received pretty well even though it is early days. Tim believes they can make a real difference.
